Busted perform ‘Year 3000’ on CD:UK in 2003

Busted have become a legendary band over the years, and 2023 marks 20 years since their introduction as the first-ever real British pop-punk trio. To mark the occasion, Charlie Simpson, Matt Willis and James Bourne are getting back together to celebrate their continued success and their music, as well as tour the country. It’s no surprise their comeback is such a big deal, considering Busted have sold more than 2.4 million records worldwide, as well as 1.8 million singles in the UK.

To coincide with their triumphant return, Busted are hitting the road once again to play some of the biggest venues around the UK throughout September 2023 on a “greatest hits tour”. Not only are they making appearances in London and Birmingham, but they are also venturing to Glasgow, Manchester and Cardiff as well.

Tickets for Busted’s 20th anniversary comeback tour are on sale now, and they’ve just announced a slew of new dates – we’ve got all the information you need to get involved. Scroll down to find out where to get your tickets today.

When do Busted tickets come out?

Tickets for Busted’s 20th anniversary tour are on sale from today, Friday, March 31, 2023, at 9am. Tickets will be available at a number of retailers.

After the first batch of tickets sold out, the band added SIX new dates – taking place at London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff, Manchester and Glasgow.

These new Busted tickets will be available from Ticketmaster. You can go straight to the ticket-buying page by clicking this link. Ticketmaster will likely have most of the available tickets for Busted’s comeback tour around the country, so they could be your best bet of securing your spot in the tour.

Live Nation also seems to have a limited number of tickets at some venues. You head straight to buying Busted tickets by clicking here. At the time of writing, only some of the tour’s venues are listed there, however, so not every night of entertainment may be available.

It is imperative that, once you’re in the digital queue for your tickets, you do not refresh or move away from the web page in any way. Otherwise, you’ll jeopardise your spot and potentially lose your tickets. It would also be wise to sign into your ticket-selling website’s account and load in your credit or debit card details first. This way, you can have a quick and secure checkout experience without worrying about where your card may be hidden.

When do Busted presale tickets come out?

Before Busted’s general onsale tickets were released, they held a number of presale events.

The first presale event for Busted’s UK tour went on sale on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 9am.

This presale event kicked off on the Ticketmaster website where you could buy tickets to your show of choice here. Tickets were also be available on the Ticketek website.

This early access sale was also a good chance to secure tickets to some of the bigger venues throughout the tour (such as London’s O2 Arena and Newcastle’s Utilita Arena) as they are likely to sell out much faster.

However, there was a catch. In order to be eligible for Busted’s comeback tour shows, fans needed to sign up to the band’s mailing list HERE. After subscribing to the mailing list and confirming your identity, fans received a presale code.

The second batch of presale tickets for Busted’s UK tour went on sale Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 9am.

This presale event was strictly venue presale tickets only – which meant you could only get them from venues that were participating in a presale event (and not every venue was).

Venues such as Manchester’s AO Arena, Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, Aberdeen’s P&J Live and Leeds First Direct Arena all had their own presale events.

Check if your venue of choice held a presale event by clicking this link and going through the process to buy tickets.
