Simple Plan might suit a Summer Paradise show, but they’re making their arrival in the UK and Europe next January for a string of celebratory shows titled The Hard As Rock Tour.
The Canadian pop-punk heroes are going to endure the Jet Lag to once again to play their iconic songbook on this side of the planet across Europe before hitting London, Glasgow, Manchester, and more British cities.
The band’s drummer, Chuck Comeau, said: “We’re super excited to be coming back to Europe and the UK early next year! After an amazing arena tour with our good friends Sum 41 last fall and some incredible festival shows this spring, we’re thrilled to come back on our own headlining tour, playing full shows for our UK and Euro fans all over the continent.”
He added: “It’s gonna be great to play a bunch of new songs from our latest album ‘Harder Than it Looks’ as well as all the fans’ favourites from our early records. We might even throw in a few jams we rarely play live to celebrate, as 2024 marks the 25th anniversary of the band and the 20th anniversary of our second album, ‘Still Not Getting Any’!”
As if Simple Plan weren’t enough for rock fans, they’re bringing along two enormous bands to join them on the tour: State Champs and the legendary Mayday Parade.
“We’re stoked to bring our friends State Champs and Mayday Parade with us,” Comeau added. “Two fantastic bands that we and our fans love!”
Thankfully, your timing is Perfect, because presale tickets are about to come out. Here’s what you need to know about getting involved this week:
Simple Plan are holding one presale event in the UK and it kicks off today, Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 10am.
These are O2 Priority tickets and are exclusively available to Simple Plan fans who are subscribed to the O2 mobile phone network.

By going to the O2 Priority website, fans will be able to get their presale code or link to grab their tickets before anyone else.
At the time of writing, every UK show Simple Plan are playing is taking place in an O2 venue, so fans will have their pick of where they want to see the pop-punkers play.
If you don’t have access to the presale event (or simply missed out) have no fear! General onsale tickets are out at the end of the week…
Simple Plan general onsale tickets come out Friday, August 4, 2023, at 10am.
These tickets will be available to every fan who wants to attend a show in the UK or Europe in January 2024.

What’s even more exciting is that Simple Plan have vowed to donate $1 from every ticket sold on the tour to the Simple Plan Foundation.
The charity was established in 2005 and focuses on helping “young people in need and showcasing the power of music as a tool to find purpose and direction in life”.
The Simple Plan Foundation has, to date, donated more than $2 million to various Canadian charitable causes.
