“After her death in 1942, she left her extensive jewellery collection to Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother.

“The tiara featured rose cut diamonds pavé set in platinum, with six emeralds on either side and served as Princess Eugenie’s something borrowed.

“Tiaras have grown in popularity recently due to the stunning pieces worn by royals over the last few years.”
