Billy Idol has stunned his fans after casually dropping that he has another secret lookalike son … and two extra grandchildren.

Fans initially thought the punk rocker only had two children; one son, Willem Wolf, 35, with ex-dancer Perri Lister, and daughter Bonnie Blue, 34, from a former relationship with Linda Mathis.

It was also believed that, through his daughter, Billy is also a grandfather to Poppy Rebel, two, and 21-month-old MaryJane Rebel.

But that all changed when the rock star took to his Instagram last month to share some sweet backstage snaps from his show at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn.

In the snaps, Billy introduced fans to his son never seen before son, Brant Broad, 38, McKenzie and Mason.

Captioning a series of selfies with his unearthed family members, Billy penned: “Had a lovely visit from my granddaughter McKenzie backstage at the Kings Theatre yesterday… also with my son @brant_northridge_broad … also McKenzie started school recently-BFI.”

The photos show the music legend posing with his adorable granddaughter Mckenzie, who was sporting a pair of pink ear defenders to insulate her from his show.

She also dressed for the occasion, with Billy pictured admiring her glitzy boots, leather skirt and fishnet socks during the backstage meeting.

In another snap, Billy can be seen standing next to his son, who fans now know is called Brant, who was covered in tattoos and had facial hair.

Other snaps from his New York visit reveal five-year-old McKenzie’s younger brother, Mason.

Fans were left in total disbelief after seeing the snaps.

One shocked fan @xxosabrinaoxx wrote: “I never knew you had another son. He looks just like you!” as another @clairific77 added: “I’m so confused. A third child, Billy? Where have I been?”

A third user @anapaula.cabral67 shared: “I didn’t know you had another son and granddaughter, cool.”

Agreeing with their fellow stunned fans @d_onthestreets wrote: “I’m dying. He can’t shock me like this,” referring to Billy’s unexpected family bombshell.

Meanwhile, fan @shellystilrr suggested: “Well Billy has not been shy about his wild youth, there was ….”a lot”… of ladies back in the day, bound to be the odd child come out a few paternity tests, he looks older than Willem and Bonnie so maybe just before/during never know, glad he’s getting to know them either way.”

As user @disney_mimi_sam pointed out: “Brant isn’t mentioned anywhere. When you Google Billy, only Bonnie and Willem come up. Google Brant and you get zilch. This is a fairly new development I think.”

Brant was born in 1985 when Billy, who was born William Broad, was at the height of his fame and it’s unclear at this time who his mum is.
