Yesterday Andrea Bocelli’s son Matteo Bocelli announced his debut solo album Matteo.
The 25-year-old enthused on social media: “I can’t believe I finally get to say this: my new album, Matteo, is out September 22nd!
“Pre-order at matteobocelli.it or pre-save it right now. Thanks so much for your support – I can’t wait for you to hear it.”
The rising star also teased his new single For You, which is released in the UK in the early hours of Friday.
But if that wasn’t enough, the young singer has also announced a world tour to coincide with his album’s release.

Matteo wrote on Instagram: “I’m so excited to announce my first ever headline tour this Autumn!
“A Night With Matteo goes on general sale this Friday! I Can’t wait to perform in your city very soon.
“London & US fans, pre-order my album at matteobocelli.it to get access to the tour pre-sale. Ciao!”
A Night With Matteo: World Tour kicks off with a European leg in Berlin on September 30.
Bocelli junior is due to perform one show in London on October 3 at the London Palladium with general tickets on sale at 10am Friday here.
He’ll then head to the USA in late November and concluded with a concert in Dubai on December 21, while 2024 dates are to be announced at a later date.
